The YRT bearing is a high-precision combined bearing characterized by its ability to simultaneously withstand three types of loads—axial, radial, and tilting moments. Furthermore, it is preloaded at the factory, ensuring high rigidity and exceptional rotational accuracy immediately upon installation.
Its specific features are as follows:
Unique Composite Structure: Internally, the bearing consists of three rows of rollers: two rows of axial rollers handle bidirectional axial forces, while a single row of radial rollers ensures the capacity to withstand radial forces and tilting moments. This "thrust-radial" combined design enables it to effectively handle complex loading conditions.
High Precision and High Rigidity: The bearing offers precision grades reaching P4 and P2 levels (representing extremely high precision). Since a preload (negative clearance) is applied during manufacturing, internal clearance is eliminated; consequently, high rigidity is achieved immediately after installation without the need for tedious adjustments.
Convenient Installation: Both the inner and outer rings of the bearing feature evenly distributed mounting holes, allowing for direct bolting to the equipment and thereby simplifying the installation process.
Derived Series: To meet diverse application requirements, the YRT bearing family has evolved into several key series:
YRTS (High-Speed Type): Featuring a distinct internal structure compared to the standard model, this variant exhibits lower and more uniform frictional torque, making it ideal for applications requiring high rotational speeds, such as direct-drive motors.
YRTM (Measurement Type): Building upon the standard model, this series integrates an angular measurement system to enable high-precision angular measurement and positioning—perfect for equipment with stringent requirements regarding rotational angle accuracy.
ZKLDF (High-Speed, High-Precision Type): Utilizing a thrust angular contact ball structure, this variant offers higher limiting speeds and lower frictional torque while maintaining exceptionally high rotational accuracy.
For these very reasons, YRT bearings serve as core components in high-end equipment such as CNC machine tool rotary tables, indexing heads, gear milling machines, as well as precision measuring instruments and military radar systems.
If you have a specific application scenario in mind, please feel free to share it with me; I would be happy to help you determine which series would be the most suitable fit.
Besides standard slewing bearings and slewing drives, Jing-Bearings Bearing also provides processing of machine tool parts and non-standard mechanical parts.
